EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Journeyman level job related experience within the specialized field is required. Ability to perform skilled journeyman level roofing installation, repair, and maintaining a preventive maintenance program. Preparing estimates, requisitions, drawings. Substantial experience in a variety of building trades required.
KNOWLEDGE OF: Knowledge of methods, materials & equipment used in maintenance & repair of roofs and interior ceilings; applicable codes, blueprints, regulations & safety practices. Knowledge of methods and skills used in a variety of building trades. High School Diploma or equivalent.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Passing score must be achieved on a written exam.

MAINTENANCE ELECTRICIAN-SKILLED

REQUIREMENTS: Job related experience within specialized field is required with 3 years experience as an Electrician with increasing responsibility. Ability to perform skilled journeyman level electrical work of new or existing buildings, diagnose, repair and replace components in electrical systems; install low and high voltage electrical systems, and maintaining a preventive maintenance program. Knowledge of methods, materials & equipment used in maintenance & repair of electrical equipment; applicable codes, regulations & safety practices.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
